Receiving & Asset Verification AAM enters all receipts into the AAM database as they are received. Actual received units are reconciled to the piece (not just to the skid) against the shippers' waybill/shipping documents. The following key shipment details are entered into the database to ensure accuracy and to allow you to query shipment information: Effective Date Quantity, Unit Received From Shipper, Driver Name Waybill/Tracking # Schedule # Misdirected Shipment, Damages and Pictures *Other details can be recorded as required by the client AAM also records receiving history to help in the resolution of shipping issues when changes to the shipping record are made.
