Orders are placed online and prioritized according to your selected Ship By Date. Orders are picked from their storage location and cleaned, packed and reconfigured as requested by you.
You and your customer can track the status (% completion) of your order online at anytime. When orders are complete, you can request that the order be released or be pre-released and shipped automatically.
Allied has extensive experience packing and shipping via most of the major couriers and shipping companies. You can also take advantage of our discounted volume shipping rates with Canada Post/UPS. We have an extensive array of packaging materials including a foam-in-place machine allowing us to pack
everything from a 75lb monitor to a 1lb hard drive.
The following order details are recorded by the system to ensure accurate and prompt order fulfillment:
- Effective Date
- Ship By Date
- Delay Date
- Name, Organization, Address
- Phone Number
- Shipping Method
- Ordered By
- Quantity, Serial Numbers & Level of Service of selected units
- *Other details can be recorded as required by the client
AAM also records order history to help in the resolution of order issues when changes to the order are made.
All data is available online live at the touch of a button.
